Fabbri Sausage manufactures an exceptional finished product, but we also have the capability of providing large volumes of components for your finished product.   Fabbri can accommodate your needs with innovative solutions that offer extended freshness and flexibility. 

To differentiate our processing and offer dramatically better flexibility Fabbri can process any sausage product in large volume packs, with the level of quality you would expect from Fabbri.  Our packaging machinery boasts a double seal bar for large pouches, and a view lid in the jumbo sealing chamber.  This means that we can guarantee an extended shelf-life of 13 days for fresh product, to meet your manufacturing schedule, and we monitor each pack as it is processed.  These packs can also be frozen, and the product will remain fresh for 6 months.

Larger packs also decrease your man hours significantly. When processing large volumes a 10 lb pack is not acceptable: too many man hours for handling, on both ends.  With the large 25 lb or 38 lb packs that Fabbri offers, material handling time can be cut by more than 50%.

Any fresh sausage product can be packaged in a 25 lb or 38 lb vacuum sealed pack.  You can choose a Fabbri product, your custom recipe, or we can duplicate any flavor profile you desire.

Fabbri can also provide large volumes of fully cooked, frozen products.  Sliced sausage products and pizza toppings, I.Q.F, are packaged in 40 lb cases.  Again, Fabbri offers superior quality and flexibility.
